Mazda CX5 2019 Price and Fees?

I want to lease a Mazda CX5 2019 touring, or maybe grand touring in 84094. What fees (destination ect) should I expect. Money factor? I'm thinking 3 year 12,000 mile. Someone said I should stay away from 4 year lease. Any help and info on this car would be awesome. Thanks!

    FWD or AWD?

    Yes, 3 years is the sweet spot for Mazda leases.

    Emailed salesman again asking cap cost
    His response

    The capitalized cost reduction is whatever additional money down a person puts on top of the taxes and fees, in order to lower the monthly payment even more.

    In this case, you are just putting taxes and fees upfront.

    That's the Cap cost reduction; you want the Adjusted cap cost amount.

    So, then all taxes and fees are due at signing?

    Ask them to provide you with a copy of the lease worksheet.

    These prices sound very high. I had two offers from same dealership for Nissan and Toyota(0-10 miles on odometer):
    $5700 off a very nice Nissan Rogue S AWD: OTD $23200.
    $5500 off MSRP on any RAV4 XLE AWD on lot.
    We purchased this:
    MSPR $31800
    OTD: $28900

    One other dealership we checked with would match this price, two others would not.
