*MSRP: 24320.00 (includes deliver charges)
- Discount: 3420.00
+ Tax, Tag/Title : 1751.43
+ dealer fee: 599
Out the door price: $23250.43

I'm in Tennessee.

Is it a fair/good/great deal?

They are not asking edmunds to track prices they are asking for individuals to post their deal. TMV is not the deal.

looks like a good deal to me. I paid 23,000.00 similar tax rate, but i had a $500 college credit. My civic came with all weather floor mats. Bought on 12/30/18 year end.

As I understand it, TMV is the average of the deals posted by users, and represents a decent price to target.

As savvy shoppers (why else would you be here?) you want to beat that price.
