Power steering

Hey guys, looking for some answers on my dodge 2500 power steering. Pump is making slight whining noise, oil is foaming. Steering is bit harder than normal. Issue began with sudden onset. Replaced pump and still having same issues. No leaks or any obvious issues. Any ideas???????

Try checking the rack and damper also.

Sometimes air gets trapped in the fluid. In the shop we can attach a vacuum source to the pump and help purge the air.
