Hey guys! So this is my first time leasing a car and i’m wondering if this is a good deal. I live in the LA area.

MSRP: 25,195
Sales Price: 22,338
Money Factor: 0.00108
Miles/Year: 12,000
Residual: 62%
Sales Tax: 9.5%

Monthly payment with tax: 245
Drive-Off: 1,374

    Assume the drive-off is first payment, DMV, doc fee and $595 acquisition fee?

    Yes those are the drive off fees. I heard that there is a $600 lease incentive in my area though, so should I try to reduce the price more? If that 600 lease incentive is applied I should be able to get down to 230 a month tax included.

    I want to apply the $600 incentive, but the dealer says the offer of 245 is good only till the end of the day.

    The $600 is a dealer incentive, and is reflected in the offered price by the dealer.

    Thanks for the feedback guys! Was actually able to reduce the drive off fees to 1332 with 245 a month.

    $500 down including first month
    $273/month with tax

    I believe MF was .00108 & 62% residual.
