Could i possibly be a vicitm of Spot Delivery Scam?

Yesterday we get a new F-150 Pickup truck and what seems strange to be is that the bank accepted on a Saturday and
Accepted Right away and gave us the truck could this possibly make us a victim of Spot Delivery scam?

    Generally, it takes a 700 or higher to get the best MF, so there could be a small bump to the MF (APR, for Ford) to account for that. You'll get a call from the dealer, asking you to come back and sign some new paperwork to reflect the new deal.

    Well my sister also signed on the car with my dad and she has a bit of credit.
