2019 Lexus IS 350 LEASE questions

Hello, im in the market for a lexus is 350. its between that or the acura tlx a spec. im coming from an suv. I just wanted to to know about any possible incentives, or MF, Rf for zip 11427. it would be my second time leasing so any tips or anything would be appreciated to get a good deal. thanks!
