I have gotten an offer for $1000 down payment and $279 monthly for 2019 Mazda 3 Sedan Premium trim to lease the car. Loyalty rebate was included.

How is this deal?
Can I get the MF and residual for 36mo/12k miles for Premium?

I'd ask for the lease worksheet, in writing.

Dealer can say a lot of things, but if it isn't in the contract, it isn't worth squat.

The whole point is.. you aren't getting the math behind the lease payment calculation.
They haven't even disclosed the proper amount of sales tax.

So, you can't see what might or might not be added, or other points of negotiation.
