I am getting quotes in Texas for a 36mth/10K lease on a custom build 2020 X3 sDrive ($56K MSRP) with $2000 + $750 in rebates, and they are taking off $1000 to $1500 off of MSRP.

MF is still .00145, 58% RV, and with $2000 down.

Anyone seeing anything better on 2020?

Hello! I'm looking for help with a 2020 X3 sDrive deal. It's a $55k MSRP custom build (pretty loaded). They're giving me 58% RV for a 36/10 lease or 57% for 36/12, which seems standard. I negotiated MF down from .00185 to .00165. I'm an existing customer so I'm getting the $1,500 loyalty rebate. I'm negotiating dealer discount. I asked for 10% off of MSRP. What do you think is a reasonable discount for a fully loaded custom build, and should I settle for the .00165 MF or try yo push it lower? My credit score is over 750. Zip code 70001.

Thanks, Michael. The tool doesn't seem to work for me. Wouldn't let me check the checkboxes for the options. Tried Chrome and Firefox. It also only goes up to 2019. Doesn't have an option for 2020. Do you know what's generally a reasonable discount percentage range for an X3 custom build?

It's possible the 2020 data hasn't been loaded, yet.

For most BMWs, I'd shoot for 5-8% off MSRP.
