Hybrid battery compartment
I have a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid that I bought brand new. I have no mechanical knowledge/aptitude. At my last oil change appointment my dealer told me that the Hybrid compartment was full of leaves and debris and needed to be clean and a filter installed to prevent it from happening again. I looked at a YouTube video about replacing the hybrid battery and it doesn't look to me as there can be a way for that compartment to get full of debris etc. I fear they are trying to rip me off. Does anyone have any knowledge of this problem.
