MF + Residual for LE and XLE? Different for incentive?

Hello, Could someone please provide me with the MF + residual values for both the 2019 LE and XLE Hybrid models? I live in DC and will be "buying" here (zip 20007) but the dealership will be in north Virginia (likely 22207 zip), not sure which one to use for these values.

There is an incentive going on now, $279/mo for XLE and $199/mo for LE with $3000 due at signing. Are the MF and residual values any different for this incentive? Would I be able to use these values if I wanted to put a higher down payment for a lower monthly payment?

And one last question- I have mediocre credit but will have a cosigner with excellent credit (770+). Would the MF be generated from the cosigner's credit? Or somewhere in between our two credit scores?
