Acura MDX vs Audi Q7 vs Audi Q5- Lease options

I currently drive 2017 Corolla SE and looking to upgrade my car (trade-in).

Visited Acura showroom and this is what they gave me.


Currently, here are the offers:

2019 Acura MDX-SH AWD with Advance option: MSRP 59445, Sale Price: 46443
Lease for 15K miles and 2K down-$550/month.

2019 Acura MDX-SH AWD with ASpec option: Lease for 15 miles/year and 2K down- $520/month

2019 Audi Q7-Premium Plus- 12k miles/year, 2K down-$650/month

2019 Audi Q5-Premium Plus with warm weather package: 12K miles/year, 2K down-$599/month.

The need is to carry 5 passengers including a new born comfortably. I am confused as to go for Q5/Q7/MDX.

Let me know your thoughts and does Q5 or X3 have any problem carrying 5 passengers including the new born?

I think the MDX would be the best car of the three, given the lease deals that are available.
