The dealer cannot alter the residual value - it is set by the bank.

Therefore, the dealer is quoting a different term and/or mileage allowance, or a different trim level.

If it is a Limited, I guess it's possible that there could be an MRM restricting the residual amount. But, that's rare on a TFS lease.
