CPO Lease

In looking into a 2018 CPO Escalade the Cadillac website mentioned a CPO lease.
Might anyone know the residual/money factor for a 2018, Luxury, 4WD 18k miles. The asking price if $53k before any negotiations.
I would consider a 24 or 36 mo lease 15k miles per year.
I am not familiar with leasing a used vehicle but thought I would inquire. My salesman has no clue about it.

    We do not have any information on a GM CPO lease program.
