For most dealers, I'd say yes.

With LR dealers, probably not.

Best to shop a different dealer - or, a different brand.

The calculated payment seems about right, with the marked up money factor. But, $1100 discount with a $700 admin fee means you are only getting $400 discount from MSRP. Pitiful.

Plus, the money factor markup is adding $65/mo. ($2340 extra over 36 months)

Effectively, you are paying $2000 over MSRP.
