Not a big difference, but you better confirm you're getting a quote for the car you want.

Is the cap reduction part of the $2500, or in addition to it? What else does it include.

Can the dealer explain to your satisfaction the bridge between the sale price and the gross cap cost?

A lot of outstanding questions before we can render an opinion.

That Gross CAP also includes the acquisition fee.
Is $2500 the full amount Due at Signing?
If you take out $730 first payment + $1262 CAP reduction + $100 tax on CAP reduction, that only adds up to about $2100. Where did the other $400 go? It can't be any of those other fees, because they were added to the Gross CAP.

The calculated payment is correct, using the NET CAP provided.
It isn't a very big discount, but the money factor isn't marked up, so that's a plus.

Hello- So I spoke to the finance mgr and reconfirmed that tax is only on the monthly payment not selling price. What I was told again that I would only put down the monthly payment + taxes, which would change the numbers now. So instead of $2,500 it would be around $1.100 or so. So what is your opinion? I have bought two vehicles from this same dealer so is this a deal? I’m open to hearing opinions/suggestions.

Yes, I am told it’s not changing.
Granted the range was between $732-$752.
I was told the residual value was 59% and mf was 0.00121.
What you consider to be a negotiated price?
I thought $57-$54 offered seemed ok. Am I missing something?

If it's just $1100 due at signing, then the deal looks okay.

I’m not exactly sure of the range purpose. Those numbers were with the worksheet number I originally posted starting with $2500 down ($732-$752) then went all the way to $4500 down with a range of $672-$692.
Does RV change monthly like the MF?
I built my 2020 R-Dyn SE (Also open to HSE if there isn’t a huge $ difference) and it is scheduled to be delivered to the dealership in Feb. so this deal wouldn’t take place until then. I’m not obligated to anything until the car comes in and we make the deal then.
Just wanted an over all view point and what would be a good negotiated price/deal over all if any?

There is a popular belief that if the lease payment is 1% of the MSRP, then it's a good deal.

I'd agree with that statement, but not every vehicle will be able to achieve that target.

Think of it as a guideline, not a rule.
