Help decide between the Rav4, Forester and Tucson

I am trying to decide which new compact SUV should I buy. I reduced the choice to three models that I got their respective out the door prices to a difference of 2,000$.

They all fit my needs in terms of safety, cargo space, space, etc. I plan to sell it in 3-5 years and don't care about fuel efficiency too much because my yearly mileage will be pretty low.

2019 Toyota Rav4 LE, AWD:

Pros: Least expected depreciation (Toyota), largest cargo, just being Toyota ;). Cons: No android auto (I think this one is not supposed to be important, but is important to me), louder engine.

2019 Hyundai Tucson Value, AWD:

Pros: Nicest exterior, added features (heated seats+mirrors, power seats, etc.), Lowest price. Longest warranty (5 years, can help with selling down the line). Cons: Highest expected depreciation, smallest cargo, just being Hyundai ;).

2020 Subaru Forester standard, AWD:

Pros: It's a 2020 model (which I think down the line will help with selling price), most enjoyable ride and interior. Cons: Highest price.

Of course most of what I wrote in terms of pros/cons is based on my opinion.

Thanks for any advice/suggestion.

they are all good options, so buy the one you really like and want to live with and drive. And if you really think that you will be looking to move on in 3 years, and care that much about depreciation, lease it. That is also the only way to guarantee the depreciation.
