Can anyone help me calculate real numbers for a 2020 M850 GC 36/15 zip 78201.. they have had that vehicle there for 4 weeks now..

Adding the $925 lease acquisition fee, $1991/mo, with $1991 due at signing.

That's only about $500 total off of their quote. Assuming that $3000 is the total amount Due at Signing. If it's $3000 + 1st payment and fees, then they've marked up the money factor

I have no idea what these sell for, but that discount is less than 2%. Coupled with high TX lease taxes, it makes for a very expensive vehicle.

The calculated payment seems about right, with the parameters you've provided.

The money factor markup adds around $50/mo.

$13K is a big discount on $118K MSRP.
If you add the $1800 markup cost back in, the discount is about 9.5%.

I don't know what these sell for, but you don't have a bad deal, given the lease program you have to work with.

thank you. I had two dealers tell me at the $13k discount they made no money on the car. One just wanted to get rid of it as they thought it would sit on their lot for 1-2 years (small dealer in small town). Also it's a big discount on a car that's only been out for about 2 months. I'm happy with the deal.

You'll never know how much money a dealer makes, but I agree that $13K is a big discount.
