is this a good deal for 2019 honda odyssey

I just bought a 2019 odyssey EX-L @ $34,200 (pre-tax) after tax and dmv fees including all tax and fees came about 37,332. Trading in my 2015 toyota rav XLE @ 13,750 (fairly good condition), only had a small dent at the right side right above the back wheel area. Per the KBB. my car is worth $14,750. Dealership needs to make money. So no back down on the trade in value.

We finally arrived at this deal. Do you think I got a good price.

From Queens, NY area.

PS. another dealership even offered me $33,500 but we didn't take it. Because we only wanted the pearl diamond white. The dealership we are making the deal is the only one in 4 hours drive diameter from my home has this white color and my wife really crazy about color.
