It is a pretty good discount, offset by the $800 in accessories.

But, assuming the accessories are worth ZERO, the discount is still approx $3700, which is pretty good, even with the $750 incentive taken into account.

Texas taxes are high for leases ($45/mo), but you can't do anything about that. Also, TX is in Region B for Honda, which is a higher money factor. Can't do anything about that, either, but it doesn't make for a cheap lease.

Note that the prices on the left state "Purchase Option"? You need the specific numbers for a lease, including the acquisition fee.
