Take the mileage allowance that you actually need.

The 10K/yr residual is 3% higher, but it will be expensive if you go over miles.

Hello the dealer told me that the residual value for Gx 460 luxury is based on the actual MSRP and not on the true car offer price. Is this true ? Currently there is almost 6K off on the MSRP but if the residuals are based on MSRP Price then it’s gonna be higher. Can you please confirm if that’s how any typical lease works ??

The dealer is correct.

A higher residual = lower payment, as the depreciation is lower. You should be glad that the residual is fixed, regardless of the selling price.
