I have a 2017 Passat and my cigarette lighter stop working. I found the fuse box but no diagram. So I check the fuses by pulling one and putting it back until I found one that was blown. And now my car will not do nothing. The only thing that comes on is the interior lights when I open the door.

Some fuse blocks have open fuse sockets and its easy to put a fuse back into the wrong slot. If you have your owners manual it usually has the best fuse block diagram. If you don't you can download one from VW. https://www.vwserviceandparts.com/digital-resources/online-owners-manual/
