    .00195 MF and 64% residual
    $3500 lease cash

Not even first payment Due at Signing?
Given the lease cash, that payment seems way to high

Adding in $1750 for first payment, acq.fee, DMV, doc, and tax on the rebate, then subtracting the $3500 for an adjusted CAP of $24750, I get $286/mo, with tax.

I wonder if $26500 is the adjusted CAP, instead of the selling price?
That would make your actual dealer discount about $500, in addition to the rebate.

I've got slightly different RV from another dealer: 60%

If $26500 is actually an adjusted CAP, does it mean it is a better deal?

    Thank you

No, it means it is worse.

    Dealers can't change residuals
If the residual is different, then it's a different trim, term, mileage, year, or some combination.
