What does the $2K up front cover, specifically?

What lease term and how many miles per year?

The payment calculation looks about right.

It's $270/mo+tax ($297) with just $500 upfront.

It might be a fair deal, but not a screaming bargain for a $25K MSRP vehicle.

Ok I checked "TRUE CAR" for pricing of the Corolla model with my package.
Here is waht they say that it's a Great Price.

Can't help you with pricing - do you know if that pricing will be valid if you lease instead of purchase?

I'll post this here and maybe on Mazdas, But I stiched to the Mazada 3 2019, with AWD and the Select package.
Toyota doesn't have Android connect or AWD plus Mazada's interest on a 36 month lease is 1.2% (.00005) 54% residual.
Less money down and get the same payments.
