WANTED: Panamera, Macan, or Cayenne Lease Takeover -- duration of 15 months or less

I am new to this forum. I apologize if I violate any rules as a result of this message.

However, I am posting a message to determine if any 2017-2018 Panamera | 2019 Cayenne, or Macan owners here on the forum is interested in getting rid of their lease early, where term is less than 15 months. Ultimately, I am looking to buyout the remaining lease term (ideally, looking to spend around 70K or less, if feasible).

I am based out of Los Angeles, CA.
