leftover model year

I have a local dealer with NEW 2018 Tundra's (3) on the lot. How can I estimate what discount the dealer should be willing to negotiate on these leftover trucks that are two model years old?

It's going to be hard.

Need to find out if they still have full warranty.. It's possible the dealer had to start the clock, to receive some sort of end of the year bonus. Start with a used unit, then adjust for low mileage.

But, don't get your hopes up. If they could be had for a reasonable price, would that dealer still have them on the lot?
