    Is the posted MF a standard number or can this be negotiated. I know the residual is set by the company. Not certain about the money factor. (Illinois)

    .00128 MF is the base number. You can't go lower than that.

    Dealers may attempt to markup the number (max markup is .00040). Only the markup is negotiable
