Jeep Grand Cherokee 2004 battery won't hold charge.

I have a grand Cherokee 2004, The A/C stopped blowing cold air and the lock and window on the passenger stopped working. Can this be the cause of battery drainage?

    Not the AC. But the lock and window might have stopped working because of an electrical that might be related to draining the battery
