Service Brake System, Traction Control Off, Car Jerking and Slowing Down

I have been having lots of problems with my Traverse over the last few weeks. Every few minutes or miles, the Service Brake System shows, then traction control off, then the car jerks and slows down. This is incredibly dangerous and scary. I have been reading post after post and yet no recall has been issued. Has anyone found a fix for this yet?
