(Credit card balances pulled her score down) We've had 2 current leases with AFS, 1 for 3 years, the other for 2 years, both at Tier 1 pricing... never late. Is that in fact a Tier 4 & what is the process to get the tier bumped up?

I realize there's a ton of information online regarding raising a credit score, of which I'm quite familiar with what's required without researching... the question was in regard to getting the tier bumped up through the dealership in regard to this deal.
