Any help on the following would be much appreciated:

1. What's the residual value percentage on a 36 month / 12k lease? The quote I got looked like 49% and that felt low. Do dealers manipulate that value?

2. What's the money factor I should be using in my calculations?

3. Is 7% off MSRP a good deal?
