lease question on a mazda 3 hatcback premium 2019

I was emailed a quote of 349 a month for a 3 year lease with no money down and 10,000 miles a year plus an incentive to also pay off my 1500 ford lease on the back end

I already paid off my ford lease of 1500 and now the salesman is relunctant to give me any other discount instead of pying off the 1500 ford lease.\

why is that? if I knew that was the case I would not of paid off my ford lease. Please help.

Was any of this in writing? Did you sign anything?

A quote is not the same thing as a contract.

I'm not sure I understand the sequence of events - did you get money from the dealer with which to pay off the Ford lease?
