That seems pretty close.
10% discount from MSRP seems good, as well.
$595 seems high for registration. I would have expected a number closer to $300-$350.

Other than that, no issues.

If you roll the acquisition fee and the down payment into the CAP, the payment would be about $262/mo, but you'd only have about $950 Due at Signing.
