Over mileage/Getting out of lease

I have a 2019 Pathfinder and over mileage by 7,000, turn in fee of $395. Didn't do my homework before getting into this lease, overpaid and traded in a vehicle. Do I go back to same dealership or will another dealership be willing to work with me? Any advise is appreciated.

Is your lease up?

Lease is up in March.

You can go anywhere, but you'll probably be better off waiting until your lease is up. The extra mileage charges are probably going to be less than the negative equity of trading in a lease early

Thank you. I realized I made an error on the year, it's a 2017 not 2019.

Looking to get out of a 2022 pathfinder lease. 1/2 way through a 36 month /12k. No mileage overages. Just looking for different SUV. Any advice would be appreciated.

I think your only option will be to sell it back to a Nissan dealer.

Make sure you find out the payoff value, and shop multiple dealers so you know you're getting the best price.
