    Okay, so I am being offered a 2019 BMW 330i MSRP$48245 at sales price of $40284
    Demo with 3315 miles
    36 months/ 7500 miles
    $0 down
    $410 a month with taxes included
    Residual at 62%
    MF at 00.148

    It seems they will not budge any lower, but I feel I should be able to get under $400 like $399, is this a good deal?

    They dropped payment to $410, but will not drop the money factor anymore. Is this a good deal?

    I wouldn't pay for a MF markup.

    Perhaps engaging with another dealer will encourage dealer #1 to be more aggressive to earn your business.

    How can I prove to them it's a markup, this dealer is in Broward county and I came from miami dade county.

    Plus, the biggest issue is that none of the other dealers have a demo car and their offers are way out of this range.

    The base MF for every BMW, in every location is .00128, currently.

    You don't have to prove it to the dealer. They know it. They are not required to give you that rate, however.
