Is $28,500 Out the door a good price for a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Touring w/preferred package? This price is excluding the interest rate that we will be paying to the loan.

Here is the breakdown:
MSRP: $30,435
Internet Price: $26,858 on website
TrueCar price from Dealer: $25,983
Freight & processing fee: $1386
Tax: $1148
Tax, registration, and title: $156

Let me know if this is a good price or if I am missing anything.

What is your location?

Freight is included in the MSRP. Why wasn't it included in your TrueCar price? Seems disingenuous.
That makes your actual price from the dealer $27369.
