MF for a 2020 UX 250h F Sport

The MF and RV I'm getting from the dealer seem really bad for lexus.

Location: Virginia (23113)
MSRP: $42,740
Net Cap Cost: $42,957.47 (All taxes and fees included, and after $2k discount and $1k lease cash)
MF: .0016
RV: 53%

With only first month due at signing ($0 down), the payment is $669 a month. This seems absolutely crazy for the cheapest Lexus model. I would think a Lexus would have a higher RV (my 2017 Audi A4 had a RV of 57% on a 36/12 lease), and other lexus models seem to have much better MFs. What's the deal with the high MF and low RV for a UX? I literally would have a lower payment by financing this car instead of leasing it. It doesn't add up.

Anyway, could I get the base MF and RV for 27/12 and 36/12 for a UX 250h F Sport please?

MF is marked up from the base rate.

Dealer cannot alter the residual; confirm the term, miles and trim - one of them is different than what you want.
