CX5 pull ahead lease

My current CX5 awd Touring lease will be up 8/2020.

Heard that Mazda may offer to pay 3 months of payments up to $1000,(pull ahead lease) mine would be just under that, if I stay with Mazda..
If that is the case would I qualify for the $750 loyalty and $300 disposition fee.

I can lease a Tacoma 4x4 for about the same monthly payment, but requires money down. They hold the value better but is no longer a small truck

If you have 8 months left, and they only pickup three payments, not sure why you are shopping?

If you lease another Mazda, the disposition fee would be waived, and you would qualify for the loyalty incentive.

No predictions on the release date of the 2021 CX-5.
