Are you a current or recent car shopper who bought an EV and then installed solar – or who had solar already, making the decision to go electric easier?
OR
Are you a recent EV buyer (past 3 months) as a result of manufacturer incentives and dealer discounts on these vehicles, including year-end deals? Were you convinced to buy an EV after finding a good end-of-year deal, or due to uncertainty around which EVs will no longer qualify for full/partial EV tax credits in 2024? What can cause the cluster panel to go out and come back on while driving

The cluster panel on my 2016 Ford Escape went blank for a few seconds and then came right back on , I don’t think the vehicle shut down though , I was on the highway going 70
I drive 111 miles to work so it scared the crap outta me , I kept driving on to work and it didn’t do it again but it had me worried

Could be a blown fuse or defective instrument cluster. Was there any erratic behavior from the gauges?

Not that I could tell , it happened so fast , I didn’t even check to see if the gas gauge or temp gauge did anything
