Trying to figure out popping in front drivetrain

99 olds bravada 211k new ball joints, bushings tie rods, seat bar links and bushings. Constant poping from drivetrain turning right or left and going straight. After 25mph goes away. Axles or constant drive bushing. Axles seem tight there is some slop in front drive shaft at t case. Seems like it's locked in 4x4 all the time.

    If more than one person is riding in the car, where does each of them think the sound is coming from?
    Front of the car?
    Center of the car?
    Or rear of the car?
    Left side (drivers) or right side?
