What’s the info on a 2020 UX200 base with premium package and a few more options (MSRP $36,955) in zip 30308 for a 36/10 lease for someone with top tier credit? Some initial offers came back with an MF range of 0.00130-0.00150 which seems really high based on some previous responses this month. Initial discounts off MSRP offered were $5,100 which seem great, but having a hard time getting the MF down to the 0.00022 mentioned previously.

MF: 0.0005 (better than the other one but still higher than the 0.0002)
Zero Drive Off (rolling acq fees of $795, doc/dealer fee of $691 and GA tax of $940)
Pmt: $439/mo

If we pay taxes and fees upfront and lower the MF to 0.0002, I’m getting closer to $355 a month for a 36/10 with the same discount off MSRP/residual etc. I think we can even do better than this. Thoughts?
