Lights & gear shift

My low beams work when they want to, the driver's seat is broke and leans to the right and now it shows I am in L3 and wont show being in any other gear. I put in park and its suppose to unlock the doors, but now it wont and its supposed to lock the doors when placed into drive but its not doing that either.
