X4 m40i loaner lease deal. need advice.

Hi,

I found 2020 X4 m40i loaner, msrp $67,395 and selling price is $59,288 (12% discount)

I got a first lease offer that I am not happy with because they did not give me any discount from their listing price. their offer is 36/10, $556 + tax with $3888 DAS that including $2,000 down payment and fees. Loyalty credit is already applied.

What I am thinking is $0 down payment and $590 including tax. Do you guys think how much I should push it? Any thought?

What is your location?

Is that the selling price before incentives are deducted?

How many miles on the loaner?

yes. the selling price is before any incentive deduction.
4100 miles on it.

You want to target 15-18% off MSRP, before incentives, for the loaner.

Subtract $1025 from the residual to account for the existing miles.

I'd shoot for the same deal, but without the $2000 extra upfront.
You might not get it, but you are pretty close to a good deal. Anything lower is going to be a bonus
