Should i repair the bodywork before selling

Hi guys,
I am selling my 2015 porsche macan s.
The interior is in very good shape but i have been hit on the side and would need to replace the side and back panels.
I have already receive the check for repairs but i am wondering if i should do the repair before selling or if i can sell as is cover the loss with the money i received.

I'll guess that a Porsche will take a huge hit in value, with crash damage. Of course, even if you repair it, you'll have to disclose the previous damage.

It's going to be a guess, unless you can get an offer for it, as is, from a dealer. Once you get that, you can compare it to undamaged model asking prices.

hope you got paid on diminished value, too. Or can you claim it after selling? To fix or not to fix will likely depend on how you are trying to sell it. If selling privately, I'd imagine you are better off fixing it first, as it is likely an indy buyer would want a massive discount to take a damaged one. A dealer maybe might could figure they could get it repaired cheaper than your insurance check. Ya just never know.
