Attached is a lease deal I got for a 2020 C43 amg sedan in southern California.

Is this a good price/deal?

Note that the prices have the heading Purchase Option. They aren't applicable to a lease - CA taxes the monthly payment when you lease, and there is no mention of the acquisition fee.

Ask the dealer for a copy of the lease worksheet.

And, what's the story behind the $2100 of negative equity? Regardless of the deal, that alone will add $50-60/mo to any lease payment.

I'm not sure I understand, are you saying these numbers are to buy and not lease? I haggled with them for a long time on the negative equity and they won't budge on my trade.

I'm saying the prices listed are not connected to the lease payment you were quoted.

I'm sure the price you negotiated is correct, however.

Is the negative equity from an existing lease? If so, why not wait until the lease is up, before shopping for the next car?

@gekkie96 Use the leasehackr calculator and put the numbers provided above. Your are getting 10.8% discount, may be you can try for 12%.

36/10. Whats a good MF/residual?

Currently being offered the following:
36 months/10K miles/yr
MF: .00185
MSRP: 63565
3500 down + my 09' 3 series coupe with 109K miles on it (offering $3500 for it)
635/month (thats including my taxes/fees) and 3 years maintenance included.

anyone have any thoughts?

Seems like your car would be a prime candidate for selling yourself.
