Would someone mind checking over this lease deal and letting me know if this is a good deal? The location is 11102 and it has the popular equipment group, interior protection package, sunroof, and 8.4-inch display. Do you think I can get the price lower?

They're saying the monthly lease would be $269 but I would need to put 5k down, which I don't feel comfortable doing.

I agree - $5K is way too much to start a lease with. Ask them to requote you with only the first payment, NY state taxes and NY state registration costs up front.

With the numbers you've provided (figuring the cap cost as $27,676), I get a payment of $345/mo. Assumes that the $5K up front covers all your taxes and fees, with some left over for a cap reduction.

It's not a bad deal, it's just a mediocre lease program.
