Can anyone provide money factor and RV for 2020 BMW for zip code 98004? And BTW evaluate my deal?

They gave me 57% RV and 0.0017 MF. After I put 7 MSDs the MF goes down to 0.00147 which I think they marked it up.
They also want me to put 5300 down payment and even after that the monthly payment after tax is still 530. I think it is too high.

Base MF is .00142, so the MF after MSDs should be .00107. Ergo, it's marked up the max allowed.

Agree on the down payment - if the dealer wants $5300 in addition to the MSD monies, that is too much.

Also, the discount is pretty small; you should look here to get an idea of what your target price should be.
