That's just an ad, not a true offer. And, I wouldn't start any lease with more than the first payment and DMV costs paid up front.

Hi Mitchaell, thank you for the mf and rv. may i know what do you mean by not more than the first payment and dmv cost paid up front? Does this mean its possible to negotiate to pay the dmv spread along the monthly cost and what the catch of paying up front? Sorry it is my first time doing a lease.

You don't want to add the DMV costs to the monthly payment - that's a government fee, which is normally non-taxable.

If you add it to the payment, it becomes taxable.

Anything beyond the first and DMV would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.

How do you suggest to handle the DMV? So to be safe from totaled, etc. What are the fees that is safer to pay during the deal to drive off the car?

Pay the DMV when you sign the paperwork. That, and the first payment, should be the only monies you fork over at signing.

First payment includes down payment? Or the first month fee?

There is no down payment. What you should pay at signing:
1. First payment
2. DMV costs

Everything else (fees, taxes on incentives, etc) should be added to the selling price and made part of the monthly payment.
