2019 Macan Loaner - $599/month - Good Deal?

Hi everyone!

Considering my first lease and came across what seems to be a good deal. 2019 Porsche Macan loaner with 7,705 miles. Sales price is $47,700, no down payment, $199 doc fee and $212.93 in "upfront charges". 39 months, 10k/year, .0022 MF, $34,128 RV, $599/month.

Seems like a great deal, but wondering if I'm missing something. Right now, it's this or a 2020 Premium Plus Q5 for a little less with nothing down.

The base MF for the Macan is .00200, so there's been a bit of a bump to that number by the dealer, for a little extra profit.

    What is the MSRP?

Original MSRP is $57,560. Good point on the MF. Will keep that in mind. Otherwise look like an attractive offer?

For a Macan, that's not bad.

Question is, would you drive a car with 7700 miles on it to start, or a new Audi with close to 0 miles?

I can't answer that question for you...

Thanks. Not sure I care about the mileage on the lease as much. Sounds like I can get a maintenance package for $800ish and I wouldn't have much else to worry about. Really just trying to figure out if this is a unicorn deal or a standard effort to get rid of a car that's been sitting on the lot for a while.

Try to negotiate a lower selling price, and see where that gets you.

That looks cheap. Especially considering TX taxes.

Is the total amount due at signing about $1000?
