Looking at a 2019 BMW 530e
I got a rough quote for a 2019 BMW 530e. It has 9 miles on the car.
Here it goes: I am a Delaware resident:
RV is 60%
MSRP 60225, discounted (7277) equals $52998.
Includes 1750, 2000 loyalty and 500 USAA.
After reviewing the forums, I am thinking I could go for 15% which would equal (9033).
I thought he mentioned MF to be .00172?? with all of this brings it to $48748
I was looking at 36/12 and the payments looking to be 531-541.

Did you get this quote prior to April 6th?
Base MF now is .00118, and even with maximum markup, .00158 MF.
There is no mileage penalty on a loaner with just 9 miles, so 15% off may be hard to get. (but, you should certainly try for a lower price). But, with no money factor markup.
.00118 MF and 60% residual
$1750 lease credit
$2000 loyalty

To get that payment result, at the base MF, the adjusted CAP cost would be approx $3000 over your total.
$3000
+$1895
=$4895 left to be accounted for.
$540 first payment
$925 acquisition fee
$2000 tax (just guessing)
$XXX dealer fee?
$XXX DMV fee?
Seems like the money factor is marked up. I would clarify that number with the dealer.
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and an accounting of how they arrived at that number, relative to your selling price.
As your deal is now, the payment/upfront is good, relative to MSRP, but you may be able to improve on it.
