Vents heating cooling all low volume of air

04 auto 125K AWD Rendezvous. I removed the hepa filter behind glove box - cleared out a few pieces of leaves - no problem switching between dash feet or windshield ducts - whether A/C or heat is selected - fan full blast - flow out of all vents is poor - picks up a bit when recirculate only is selected - advice?

I'd pull the fan and see if the squirrel cage is slipping on the axle and not turning at full volume.
With it out you can check to see if something has block airflow in passages you can see internally.
